This replacement probe fits the Polder Preprogrammed Cooking Thermometer, Wireless Remote Cooking Thermometer/Timer, and the Smart Fork. The 8-inch-long curved probe inserts into even the largest roast, while the 39-inch wire is long enough to reach from the cooking food to the sensor unit. The probe stays in the meat during cooking, and the oven door closes over the wire. Not to be used for taking the oven temperature, the probe is suitable for measuring cooking temperatures up to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
